The disease that infects me,
It's not allowing me to move away.
And it has motivated me to bring it down;
that's how much I need to escape right now.

It's amazing how at the age of 22 (or was it 21?)
my brother still has a curfew,
my brother still has allowance,
my brother has to follow rules even if he doesn't want to.
This is possibly the fifth time my mum has made him sit down for a talk
about how to "prioritize" his time, that family comes before friends.
He has to follow, cause there are so many things that could be taken away from him.
For instance, my parents could take away his car at any time.
Or maybe they could cut his allowance?
I can't help but feel sorry for him.
I mean, he's an adult, let the man live his life, yeah?
It's kinda stupid.
At first they complain that he's too antisocial,
then when he makes friends they complain that his friends are more important than the family.
then up comes the "we'll take away your car!", up comes the curfew.

I had a real heart to heart talk with Theo today,
about some stuff which I don't think I should talk about here.
She came over after the Sec4 Farewell,
and yes, Sec4 Farewell was awesome!
Kings and Doves were the only squads where most of the squad members showed up,
which is really sad,
because if you really counted the number of people that showed up,
it would equal to the number of seniors there are.
I really hope the seniors enjoyed themselves,
and that they weren't really sad about the minimal amount of people that actually showed up.

too sleepy to notice;too tired to care;
too sick to be worried.
It seems I'm in that phase again.
The phase where, every chance to skip school becomes the dream.
every chance to get out of class is relaxation.
A trip to the school toilet is a day's vacation.
I couldn't care less about homework,
but I do it every night.
Why?
Because my parents are pinning their hopes on me.
Because I'd rather die than get scolded by them,
which has proven to be occuring more frequently.
I want a chance to be successful in life.
I'm slipping up, everyday.
I claim to have no time to do my work,
but it's true that I have all the time in the world
(apart from all the tuition and stuff).
I procrastinate and procrastinate, and I leave my work till the end of the day.
I stay up late to finish my work,
I go to sleep late, and complain from lack of sleep the next day.
It's my cycle.
I just can't be bothered to do work first.
It's a very bad habit, trust me, I know.
But it's just one that I'm not willing to change.

This has been a really really really bad week.
Monday was a wonderful holiday,
but the week has never passed so slowly.
It's 12.50am, Saturday.
And I'm happy, oh so happy that the week is over.
I watched 21 episodes of Chuck in the past week hahaha.

I was pretty pissed today.
Our principal decided to keep us back at least 40minutes for a talk/briefing/complain&rant session about
1)Swine Flu;
2) Discipline;
3) Badmouthing teachers and how it's wrong;
and 4) Friendships made and pleasures shared.
My mum was picking me up, so she had to conveniently wait 40 minutes for me as well, and being her, she scolded me in the car (and in front of Ger Liau D:<).
I did tell her why I was late and such, of course, it was totally not my fault.
Get this.
She doesn't believe me.
She goes on the complain to my sister and dad about how I kept her waiting and how I'm always the last one out of school.
She considers this being rebellious.
Sometimes I wonder what the fum goes on in a parent's head.
